Kenneth Zaslav, MD, FICRS, FAAOS, is a 1992-graduate of The Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. His postgraduate training includes his internship at Montefiore Medical Center (1983-1984), orthopedic surgery residency served at The Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, NY (1984-1988), as well as his sports medicine fellowship performed at New York University Medical Center in New York City (1988-1989) and his shoulder surgery fellowship conducted at Lenox Hill Hospital (1989-1989). Dr. Zaslav completed his undergraduate education, i.e., his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, at SUNY Binghamton/Harpur College in 1979. He attained board certification in orthopedic surgery with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Orthopedic Society of Sports Medicine, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, the American Association of Orthopaedic Sports Medicine, the International Cartilage Repair Society, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, the Medical Society of Virginia, and the American Medical Association.
